OOC
1. Don't spam, flame, of fight with another member.
2. Do not advertise outside the ad board or via PM.
3. Do not use sexuality (gay) or mental handicap (retard) as insults.
4. You really shouldn't be using insults in the first place.
5. Do harass another member.
6. Don't make posts that only consist of smileys or one word.
7. Do not beg for items in real life or an online game. Do not discuss hacking or cheating in these games either.
8. You must be thirteen or older to join. Not nessecarily because of the content on this site, but because of probaords.
9. Don't swear a lot. A little is okay, a lot makes you look dumb.
10. Don't ask to be an admin or mod. If I need admins/mods, I'll post an announcment with a form. Send the form to me via PM, and I will CONSIDER your application.
11. Don't make the text do weird things. Fancying up your bio a little is okay, but no one wants to read bold, italicized, underlined, struckthrough, glowing, shadowed, moving, ten foot tall, bright yellow text.

IC
1. Don't kill without permission.
2. No godmoding. Your character is not invincible. If you dodge one blow, you must take the next.
3. No powerplaying. Don't control someone else's items or character.
4. No extreme violence. We do have young members on this site.
5. No details about mating. I think we all know where kits come from, and no one needs to post that on the forums.
6. No perfect characters. Your character should have flaws. Flawed characters are much more fun to play.
7. No whacko characters. This means no cat that is always very very angry, no cat that's trying to kill itself, no cat that eats its limbs, etc. Characters should be original and unique, but not insane.
8. No images, no smileys.
9. If you have a good character that you play a lot, I'll let you reserve a color. You can play with alignment a little bit. Just not one word center, one right, one left, one center, one right...you get the point.
10. Don't change text size.
11. No useless letters or symbols. You don't need the topic to say xxxxxxxxx....................S.U.N.S.T.A.R............................xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Sunstar despises this, and its makes it harder to read.
12. You can post a little bit of OOC at the bottom of your post, but not in the middle of your IC or not more than your IC.
