This is the standard form for making a new character.

[b]Body and Build:[/b]

There are also what we call "add-ons". These are the little things that add to your bio and make it look really cool.
You don't have to use complete sentences for these, but this isn't an excuse to do poorly on personailty, appearance, and history.
